We offer a full range of heat treatment processes from Carburising to Normalising. We also specialise in Precision Quenching.
As well as heat treatment we also offer an extensive range of modern induction hardening equipment provides high, medium and low frequency options with both single shot and scanning capabilities.
Speciailising in Shot Peening, the surface treatment department also offer Shot Blasting, Wet Bead Blasting and Phosphating.
A well equipped machine shop offers Gear Hobbing, Shaping and Shaving along with a broad range of Precision Grinding facilites.
